XTRM Identity Levels and Limits Overview

Increased Identitly Level (IDL) will increase your Fund, Send and Transfer limits. For custom limits beyond the standard limits, please make sure your account is up to the 'Advanced' level by making your profile 100% complete, then you can request an increase by emailing support@xtrm.com. Every profile field with this symbol contributes to your profile.

Note: These are global banking requirements that all financial institutions have to adhere to. We do not share information as per our privacy policy

XTRM accounts have 4 distinct account identity levels:

Identity Level
Profile Completeness
  1. Pending

Account creation initiated
  1. Basic

Basic payment and FX
  1. Standard

Increased payments and FX
  1. Advanced

High volume payments and FX

These are displayed to company and personal account owners in their profile and in settings.

For an individual or company to increase their Identity Level (IDL) in order to increase fund, send and transfer limits, they need to complete their profile to get it to 100% plus complete either 2 of the following 3 identity tasks to get to advanced IDL.

Complete 2 of 3 of the following:

1) Upload identity documents photo (drivers licence or passport)

2) Link a bank 

3) Link a payment card (credit or debit card)

Once your profile is 100% complete, and you are on identitly level 'Advanced' you can request higher than the default limits by emailing support@xtrm.com.
