Here are the simple 4 steps to get you going:

1. Create Company Account HERE (if you haven't already)

Goto and register with a company account. This will create one master account admin and then you can add as many additional admins within you organization as you like to access to this account. Complete both the basic and advanced profile. The account will need to be verified before payments can be made. This typically takes 8-24 hours.

2. Add your company beneficiaries. (Optional)

You dont need to add your beneficiaries as they are created automatically when you pay them if they dont exist. However, if you prefer to add them yourself in advance then here are your options. 


Option 1: Login to your account, click 'Beneficiaries' in the left menu and then search and add your beneficiary companies. Note that after adding, we will need to cmpliance approve them. This typically takes up to 48 hours.


Option 1: Use your branded signup page <<>> and have them self register

Option 2: Use your existing system to create accounts via SSO

Option 3: Using our payments API (XAPI).

3. Fund your account

Select 'Fund' option to fund your wallets. There are 6 options:

  • ACH Debit
  • Wire/ACH Transfer
  • Check
  • Electronic Invoice
  • Credit Card (Regional rerstrictions)
  • Exchange from another wallet

4. Make payments


Login to XTRM and click on the ‘Send’ button. There are 3 options:

Option1:  Simple Send - Single payments. Cash only

Option2:  Advanced Send - Multiple Payments, Cash and Non-cash

Option3:  Mass Payments - Mass payments upload file


Option 1: Advanced Batch via connectors that extract data from your systems (such as SFDC) on a scheduled basis
