Here are the simple 4 steps to get you going:

1. Create Company Account HERE (if you haven't already)

Goto and register with a company account. If you need help let us know and can create one for you. This will create one master account admin and then you can add as many additional admins within you organization as you like to access to this account. The account will need to be verified before payments can be made. This typically takes 8-24 hours.

2. Add your company beneficiaries. 

Next, add any company beneficiaries. You only need to know the name and email of your contact at those companies.

To add beneficiaries, here are your options 


Option 1: Login to your account, click 'Beneficiaries' and then search and add your beneficiary companies.


Option 1: Submit list of beneficaries at

Option 2: Use your branded signup page <<>> and have them self register

Option 3: We use your existing system to create accounts via SSO

Option 4: Using our payments API (XAPI).

3. Fund your account

Select 'Fund' option to fund your wallets. There are 6 options:

  • Credit Card
  • ACH 
  • Wire 
  • Check
  • Electronic Invoice
  • Exchange from another wallet

4. Make Payments


Login to XTRM and click on the ‘Send’ button. There are 3 options:

Option1: Simple Send - Single payments. Cash only

Option2: Advanced Send - Multiple Payments, Cash and Non-cash

Option3: Mass Payments - Mass payments upload file


Option 1: Advanced Batch via connectors that extract data from your systems (such as SFDC) on a scheduled basis
